The strap is adjustable enough that it stays put without being too tight, and the padding around the edges blocks out every sliver of light. I wore it for a nap and felt like I was floating in pure darkness.

The fabric is so soft and light, I forgot I was wearing it after a few minutes, and the way it blocks out every sliver of light really helps me focus on music instead of my to-do list.

I was skeptical about how comfortable a blindfold could be, but the padding around the edges really blocks out all light without pressing on my eyes. It stays put even when I shift around in bed. Just wish the elastic strap had a bit more give for my larger head size.
