I wasn't sure about the longer shape at first, but it actually makes the controls way easier to reach during use. The silicone is smooth and comfortable, and the vibrations feel just as deep and rumbly as the original.
The medical grade silicone has a nice weight to it and feels really smooth. I was surprised how quiet it is even on the higher settings. Perfect for what I needed.
The longer shape definitely makes it easier to reach and the medical grade silicone feels smooth, not tacky like some cheaper ones I've tried. Only gripe is the vibration is a touch buzzy on the highest setting, but the lower levels have that nice deep rumble I wanted.
