  • The latest on contraceptive methods and other reproductive choices, sexually transmitted infections, and safer sex
  • Finding, creating, and managing healthy and happy relationships

Finally, a sex ed book that doesn't talk down to you. I loved how it covered emotional health alongside the practical stuff, making it feel like a real conversation rather than a lecture. It answered questions I didn't even know I had.

Christopher E. ★★★★★

I was honestly nervous to bring up some of these topics with my parents, but this book covers everything from consent to safe sex in a way that feels private and judgment-free. The section on emotional health was especially helpful, making me feel way more prepared.
