7:20pm -7:30PST arrive and mingle. Provide name tags, pronoun tags. Have a symbol/sticker on each, and one unique symbol will be the raffle winner.
7:30-8:15 pm. Joanie's author presentation for this pre pride event is Courageous, Confident, and Authentic! Sparkle! Be the Best You."
She will include book readings and vulnerable highlights from her best selling book Nun Better: An Amazing Love Story and the 2025 Lambda nominated Joyously Free! Stories and Tips to Live Your Truth as LGBTQ+ People, Parents and Allies that Joanie Co-authored with Elizabeth Ann Atkins and co-founder of twosisterswriting.com.
8:15- 8:45pm Q&A. Paperback and Hardcover Books will be available for sale and the opportunity for personal autographs and photo ops.
Who is Joanie Lindenmeyer
Joanie Lindenmeyer is an authentic speaker available for media interviews, personal and Zoom presentations, business and staff rainings. As a former high school teacher, she is an exceptional high energy presenter with youth of all ages.
Joanie hosts a weekly radio show called “Joyously Free” where she talks with guests about LGBTQ+ stories and tips along with religion, church, faith, and spirituality. It airs on KCIW 100.7 FM Brookings, Oregon, on Mondays at 9:00am PST and KZZH 96.7 FM Eureka, California weekends 9:30am-10:00 am PST. The podcast version is available on KZZH.ORG Humboldt County California and KCIW.ORG, and Curry Coast Community Radio on YouTube, I Heart Radio, Spotify, Apple Podcast and Facebook.
