R didn't just lecture — she actually paused to let everyone share, which made the group feel safe even for my hesitant dad. I appreciated how the session balanced practical advice with genuine emotional support for us newbies.

The Tuesday evening slot worked well for our family, and having it in Ashland made it easy to get to. The facilitator's guidance felt genuinely supportive without pushing any agenda, though I wish the sessions were a little longer.
