Dr. Faith’s 5 Minute therapy is here, this time to help you UnF*ck your Consent!

Consent and boundaries are an almost universal concern for individuals. So this zine aims to explore both the history of consent and the current dialogue surrounding it, as well as offer useful tools to help create a healthy consciousness of consent in daily life.

anWhat does consent mean? Where does this idea come from, and why is it being talked about differently now than it was 20 years ago? More importantly, what does it have to do with any of us?

How do we make sure we have the informed consent of everyone we interact with for the stuff we do that affects them? How do we make sure other people know what is and isn't okay with us? How do we navigate life in the post-#metoo era with dignity, respect, and confidence?

Dr. Faith tackles all these questions and more. Drawing on history, sociology, brain science, and her experience as a sex therapist to demystify the concept of consent. Dr. Faith helps us use it to have awesome lives and support each others' growth.

Got this after my therapist kept pushing me to actually think about boundaries instead of just nodding along. The 5-minute format is honest — short chapters you can read on a lunch break, but they stick with you. The history part made me realize consent isn't just a personal thing, it's baked into h

The history section surprised me — I didn't expect a zine to walk through how consent laws actually developed. It's a quick read but I keep flipping back to the boundaries part.

I grabbed this for a book club discussion and it sparked way more honest conversation than I expected—the historical context section alone is worth the price. It's compact but packs a punch, and the tone makes a heavy topic feel approachable without dumbing it down.
